Payments

All payments must be made according to the terms in the project agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, and code created by Webcore Digitals remain the intellectual property of the agency until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear requirements, timely feedback, and necessary content or materials. Delays in client communication may impact delivery timelines.

Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as per the project scope. Additional changes may incur extra charges.

Limitation of Liability

Webcore Digitals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly.
